Metro Home Watch did an outstanding job in watching my home while I was away for about 6 months. Its agent David Thomas performed the inspections punctually, professionally, and thoroughly. I received timely reports

Mr. Dave Thomas offers a "peace-of-mind" service for anyone who needs a home caretaker while on vacation! During the five months we were away, Dave's attention to our home, automobile, mail, and his biweekly email reports were worth every nickel of his modest fee. He responds quickly to any questions sent via text message or email. Dave clearly takes great pride in his work, and his good hearted personality is the icing on the cake. He deserves much more than I paid him (but please don't tell him that)! 😀

We had closed on a condo several months before we could move in and hired Metro Home Watch to check on everything while we were 1300 miles away. My mind was out at ease each time I reviewed our report from each visit. A very detailed and professional business to hire for sure. I Would recommend and refer to my friends and family.

I don’t usually provide online reviews however, it has taken me awhile to find an honest, reliable business that I can trust to protect my home when I am away. My experience with Dave has been great. He is personable, considerate and does whatever is necessary to put (and keep) my mind at ease. I highly recommend Metro Home Watch for your property management needs, you will not be disappointed.

Great experience from start to finish. Dave watched our home while we were travelling. He came in weekly to run the water, started our cars and other items needed and provided us weekly reporting with pictures. It was fantastic to find this service and really gave us great comfort in leaving the house empty for an extended time period. Reliable and highly competent person- very happy to have found this service.
